~Dear my First year in ABAC~

I had only 6 nights before the examination.

Sometimes I felt that 1 night was very long , sometimes I felt not.

There was no time to prepare myself for the examination.

I worried about the Criminal law 1.

It was really hard.

My life had no goal.

I don't know what I want.

It's always dark.

There was no light.

Can I fly out of this site of despair?

Fear always ate me.

Saturday 17 Feb 2007 ~none of money~

Today I had criminal law class at 9:00 o’clock. I had arrived at ABAC around 8:00 o’clock. Oh! I went there by taxi again. The taxi fee made me really poor. I had none of money again. In the truth, I always being liked this every week. I always had none of money to use. That was really bad! Do you think liked me? If you had none of money , you’ll have nothing to do except came back home and gonna sleep. That’s all you can do when you had none money.

I and my friends did not come in the criminal law class at 9:00 o’clock. Instead of it , we decided to came in another section at 14:00 o’clock. But when we came and take a seat. The teacher said that we can not entered in this class because we were not lived in this section. He said that if we want to came in and learn , we must entered this class at least 5 times. That really made me felt bad. I decided to come back home. I want to sleep.

In the evening my family went to see movie “Legend of King Naresuan”. But I can not go with them. Because of tonight my friends ask me to come to his home. I can not say no to him so that this entry was typed while I was at my friend’s home. We got to drink some Spy (kind of alcohol drinks) to celebrate that our friend’s name “Tuu” was broken with his love. However I did not drink with them. All I did were lived with him and gave him some advice.

8/2/2007 Always loved and miss

In the morning , I waked up around 6.00 o’clock then I took a baht and prepare my self for learning law of taxation at 9.00 o’clock. When I arrived at the Nation building I had nothing to do except waiting for the bus number 537. After I waited for the bus around 30 minutes I felt something wrong with my stomach. Oh! I got stomachache and I need to go to rest room. As I walked straight to the building I turn myself back and found that the bus which I waited was arrived. I can not get in it because my stomach need to discard something.

After I finished my business at the rest room I went out from the building and waited for the bus again. A moment pass I looked my watch and found that the I had about a hour before the first class. I must hurry to go to ABAC so I decided to go there by taxi. I paid about one hundred bath for the taxi fee. Today my breakfast was only a bread with some vegetable that made me really hungry in the morning. I forgot my class room so I went to find it at c building floor by floor. My mission was end at floor 11. (How crazy I am! Aha! I don’t call and asked my friends for room number because of my mobile phone had no credits.) I were tired and need to sleep but there was no time for me A. Nattapong was entered the room. After the class dismiss I and my friends hurry to go to S-buliding for English for law 2 class. We arrived at s42 around 11.15 o’clock. When we went there we found that many were there before us.

After class dismiss I had to go for Xerox some paper so I said to my friends to go for a lunch and I will followed them later. Finally we end up lunch at Oscar. Then I had none of thing to do so I decided to go back home. As I and Ton walked to university front gate we found Mick that need to go back home in the same way. It is better for me to decrease the taxi fee. When we were in the way back home we talked about the old days that made us happy.

The first thing I did when I arrived my home was open the front door (-_-“). I decided to see a movie. The one I saw in this evening was “Season Change : Because the weather always change”. It was the movie about a boy who had to decide about two love the close friend or the first love. After I finished it my brother forced me to played badminton with him. Then I had a dinner with my family. There was nothing special except the meal taste. I can completely said that the taste was fantastic!.

Freedom of speech

What is freedom of speech? Why we have freedom of speech? Does freedom of speech has its extent? Can we criticize everything? Can we criticize the royal family? Can we express the religion? Is it guilty if we criticize someone or something as the spoken word looking down it? Did Thai citizen have freedom of speech?

Freedom of speech is rights to speak , criticize, express of everything. In the truth there are something that can not express or criticize because it is guilty. For example you can not criticize the other by look down upon them because this can be affect to them and it was guilty in case of tort the civil rights.

In my opinion I agree to the rule that prohibit about criticize the religion in the wrong way. I think it is up to personal belief. I thought it is good that freedom of speech has limited. If it has none of extent, I believed it will cause of many problem. If it was abused, it can make war between religion, between countries, between human believed or between human race.

Why we have freedom of speech? Is it necessary for us? In my point of view I thought that we have freedom of speech because of Thailand is not a communist country but Thailand is a democracy country. People who lived in communist country will have only a little of rights, they did not have freedom of press so that mean they can not received all of information and they have no rights to criticize many things. All they can do is up to the government of that country that it is different from democracy countries. It is also different from Thailand. Thailand is a democracy country so Thai citizen has freedom of speech. We have freedom of expression that mean everyone can express their ideas, their opinion without government intervention liked the UN’s Human Right, Article 19. However there is something we can not criticize or express everything but we can criticize or express things as long as that spoken word are not looking down someone or something.

In summary I thought freedom of speech has both advantage and disadvantage. If we use it in right way, it will make us benefits and advantage but if it is abuse, it will become a sword that against us.

~The Blank~

Why human felt that their life was blank? Why they are find something to fill in “the blank” in their life? May be we were not understand a reasonableness of our life or may be we were not to pay attention to our life until we can felt that the blank was extended. At that time we can felt that we can not solved that blank, can not make it contract. Many people tried to contract the blank but why they try to contract the blank in the late time. Why they were not tried to fixed it when the blank begin to extend? Why why and why?
As I thought, there are many reason that made us do liked that. In my opinion I thought the main factor was about point of view.
“The blank” in this entry was not only meaning to “loved” but it was also as “The other” things that necessary for us. I believed everything in our life was necessary. I trust that there were no one wanted us to forget him. One day if our hearts were free from the past and free from selfishness, I trust at that day we can full the blank.

Do you have an unrealistic dream? What do you do if your dreams are hard to come true? Could you accept the truth of that? In the novel , Of Mice and Men by John Steinbeck, It take place during the Great Depression in the United States, Everyone struggled to survive. In the era of this story, it is destroy the hope and unfortunate the American dreams. According to the story, the characters in this story had a dream in which they were unable to carry out. They are not able to have their dreams come true. For example, there are George, Candy and Crook who

could not reach their dreams and disappointed about their life.

George is one of the characters who is disappoint with his dream. George is an intelligent, kind man. He is a fairly sized man who is not incredibly brilliant but has good common sense. He is Lennie's companion, and was asked to look after Lennie by Lennie's Aunt Clara before she died. Since then, he has travelled around, looking for work with Lennie. George has a dream of saving enough money to someday get a palce of their own and make Lennie dream come true that he want to tend rabbits by himself in the farm. He is dreaming of owning a house with Lennie. When Lennie dead, it made him different from the other lonely workers, as well as his own dream and admit that it has gone hopelessly awry. His new burden is hopelessness and loneliness, the life of the homeless ranch worker.

Candy was among the ones who could hardly manage the struggle to survive during the Depression. His age has robbed his usefulness .Candy is a very old, weathered man who has been working on the ranch for years. He befriends George and Lennie and they confide to him their dreams of having their own place. Candy tells them that he has saved up a descent sum of money and asks if he can tag along in the adventure if he pays his share. He offers to give them a substantial sum of money to buy the house and also let him stay with them. He is dreaming of settling down and living independently. After Lennie dead, He asks George if it is still possible to buy the house, but his dreams are shattered when George says it isn't. Finally, the farm which has once seemed so real is now gone.

Crooks is quite intelligent, but lonely character because he is black. Most of the men have a lot of prejudice against him because of different colour, he has to stay in a room on his own. He is a black person so he has an oppression than the white worker. He become quite bitter and cynical. This is why when Lennie and Candy tell him about their plan to buy a house. He is hopeless but he has a dream, too. He want to have a plce of this own , and do farm work by himself. Crooks withdraws his offer to lend his support when Lennie and George buy their home. Finally, He can’t reach his dream because there is a tragedy happened with Lennie before.

Their dreams were not capable come true, but there are feeling full of hope. The problem is because they have not the power to solve. They have big dreams in life but it is difficult and bitterly disappointment and unmotivated. All dreams are unrealistic. All in all, three characters could not make their dreams come true because they are too big and it is hopeless for the men like them to reach their dreams.

Loved ?

A boy waked up at 6:00 and arrived at ABAC around 8:20. Today he felt something wrong with his dear. In the truth he felt something wrong with her for a long time but he can not do anything. He can only think of her. Around 13:30 when his dear finished her meeting. She came to him and asked.
“Boy , Is there anything wrong with you?”
The boy can only said.
“Nothing wrong with me. I’m really ok.”
Suddenly the girl said.
“No , I don’t trust you. What’s the matter with you?”
The boy can not say anything. It was perfectly silenced for a long time. He wanted to said that he loved her but he knew how it’s end.

The boy knew that the girl wanted him to go. He was fall in the felt of suffer. He wanted to said that he loved her even it is the last word he can said.

Tomorrow He’ll change his self. He promised to his heart not to fade away from problem again. He hoped she’ll happy and hoped that the one she loved will love her forever.

‘ Golf ’: the real interesting sport

Do you play any sports? What is your favorite sport? A lot of people are usually like football, basketball, tennis, but it is difficult to find people answering ‘Golf’. So, Why is that? What is the reason? Probably, people would say, it is expensive, boring, hard or only for rich people, but it is not. At this present, Golf is an increased popular sports in the society. It is the sport that individual players or teams. A spokesman from the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews said that this sport was originated in Scotland, and played for at least five centuries in Britain. Actually, playing golf is not expensive, and it is not only for wealthy people or professionals. There are many types and grades of equipment that you can choose for prices and materials. Equipments are for individual person so you have to choose which are the most suitable. Golf course is an unfixed standard area of land. Each one has a different land design, and consists of eighteen holes. For this reason, you will not boring or unpleasing, but you will be full of wonder and excitement in the game. Hitting the ball in a target several hundreds of yards in the least time is the winner. It is rather hard to play, but it will be pretty easy if you always try to practice your swing. Every shot which is good or bad depends on length and precision. The total numbers of strokes show the quality of the player’s shot. Some people said “ The worst day on the golf course is better than the best day at work ”. There are many details and many interesting topics about this sport.

The role of women

Over the centuries, each civilization has there own speciality society. Women have great influence in some society such as countries in the western. Almost western civilization, their society are respect to the right and freedom more than the gender. Women have the right to protect themselves and their benefits. They can be the leader in the organization and work like men without the exception because they judge people from their ability. In the eastern part, they treated women like property. Women have the responsibility to take care the family and handle housework. They think women do not have to educated because they do not have to work like men. Men are powerful and women must respect them because they make money and take care about the living standard. Both civilization are different and also the society is differ from another. There are many parts about the role of the women that’s changing nowadays.
